Waning Sands

Waning Sands is a city in Leonard County, Leonida, due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. Its name first showed up on a northbound road sign in Vice City in the first trailer, and the same trailer's shot from inside a Tulip shows a shopping mall whose sign confirms it sits in Waning Sands, with Leonard County Sheriff vehicles establishing the county.
