The Seashell Hotel is a hotel due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, standing along the Ocean Drive-style beachfront road in Vice Beach. Its name sign is partially visible in the second trailer behind the outdoor gym where Jason Duval works out, and it appears to feature a ground-floor restaurant with sidewalk seating. The building is modeled on the Starlite Hotel at 750 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach's South Beach.
