The Ocean View Hotel is a hotel due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI, sited on the Ocean Drive-style road in Vice Beach. It debuted in the first trailer and returns in the second with a closer look at its outdoor bar and pool, and it also features in official screenshots and in Real Dimez artwork. The building is based on a real hotel at 1020 Ocean Drive in the South Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach, Florida.
